You have attempted every coping skill, every trick in the book, and it feels like a disappointment every time you realize that you are still in the same place.
You have learned a lot, but at the same time…
You still have negative core beliefs
Your relationships are unfulfilling and fear-inducing
You are often moody and unreasonably anxious or depressed
You feel like something is missing… like something isn’t right
You are overly fatigued and experience GI upset, muscle tension, TMJ, or the like
It seems like you keep getting in your own way, but you just don’t know how to break free
The worst part is, you might give up because you just don’t want to spend any more time searching for something you just can’t quite grasp…
There is hope. Finally. You’re in the right place.

EMDR is a safe and guided process in which your wonderful brain reprocesses old material (memories and body sensations) that became stuck and isolated as a result of traumas.
You do NOT have to sit in your painful memories at all. The accelerated approach that EMDR is known for allows you to move through the past experiences quickly and without reliving horrific details.
The result is that you integrate new information into your life narrative, promoting healthy and adaptive outcomes.
EMDR helps to balance out your fears and anxieties to a healthy level and one that you feel like you have more control over.
EMDR clears the darkness of depression, allowing you to experience present moments and sparks of joy in your life.
EMDR heals the wounds caused by PTSD and other traumas by desensitizing you to the past experiences that once haunted you relentlessly.

The flash technique is a safe way to process highly disturbing material (memories and body sensations) without having to think about the memory.
Instead, we use positive experiences and feelings along with bilateral stimulation (BLS) to guide you through desensitization of the disturbance (your subconscious does all the work!)
